Anthropic’s public S-1 filing puts numbers on its enterprise business for the first time. As of September 30, 2026, more than 11,900 customers spent at least $100,000 on Claude over the trailing 12 months, more than 1,900 spent at least $1 million, and about 250 spent at least $10 million each. That $100,000+ group includes all 10 Fortune 10 companies, more than half of the Fortune 500, and over 30% of the Global 2000.

The large-account share of revenue is shrinking as the base widens: customers spending $100,000+ produced 76% of 2025 revenue, roughly $3.5 billion, down from 90% in 2023. Their headcount rose from about 20 at the end of 2023 to 1,500 at the end of 2025, so the lower share came from faster growth elsewhere, not from losing large customers.
