Anthropic Files Public S-1 for Nasdaq Listing Under Ticker ANT
Anthropic has submitted a Form S-1 registration statement to the US Securities and Exchange Commission, moving its IPO from the confidential draft filed in June to a public filing. The company plans to list Class A shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market under the ticker ANT, with Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley as lead underwriters.
Valuation and share price are not yet set. The filing is only the first formal step: no shares can be sold until the SEC declares the registration statement effective, and the listing depends on market conditions.
