OpenAI Launches Ads Manager for ChatGPT
OpenAI has opened beta access to Ads Manager, a self-serve platform for creating and managing ad campaigns in ChatGPT. The service is initially available to U.S. advertisers, with the previous $50,000 minimum spend requirement removed and a new cost-per-click option added alongside cost-per-impression.
Launch partners include agencies Dentsu, Omnicom, Publicis, and WPP, as well as technology partners Adobe, Criteo, Kargo, Pacvue, and StackAdapt. OpenAI aims to generate $2.5 billion in ad revenue this year and scale to $100 billion by 2030.
