Graphene-Based Memristor Survives at 700°C, Revolutionizing AI in Extreme Conditions
Researchers from MIT and several other universities have developed a graphene-based memristor using a Gra/HfO2/W structure that can reliably operate at temperatures up to 700°C. This performance far exceeds that of any current commercial memory technology, opening new possibilities for AI applications in extreme environments.
