OpenAI has launched GPT-5.4 mini, a faster and more compact version of GPT-5.4, now available on ChatGPT, Codex, and the OpenAI API. The GPT-5.4 mini is twice as fast as GPT-5 mini and offers nearly the same capabilities as the full GPT-5.4 model but with improved speed and cost efficiency.

Additionally, OpenAI introduced GPT-5.4 nano, the smallest and most affordable model designed for tasks such as classification, data extraction, ranking, and coding agents.
